At Dust Craft Company, we strive to ensure that every product meets our quality standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product received is defective due to a manufacturing fault.
- The product received is incorrect and does not match the item ordered.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Products must be unused and returned in their original condition, along with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products made according to customer specifications.
- Products for which artwork, design, text, logo, or personalization was approved by the customer before production.
- Products showing signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or normal wear and tear.
As customized products are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design.
Customized Product Approval
For customized orders, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, designs, spellings, logos, dimensions, and specifications before production begins.
Once approval has been provided and production has started, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds cannot be accommodated except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or errors made by Dust Craft Company.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the processing timelines of banks and payment providers.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
Replacements
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement requests may be approved when:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
Dust Craft Company reserves the right to determine whether a replacement or refund is the most appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Dust Craft Company may bear the return shipping cost or arrange a return pickup where available.
If a return request is approved for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
International Orders
For international orders, return eligibility remains subject to this policy. Any customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges paid by the customer are generally non-refundable.
